No. You will need to signup for your new package of choice and then transfer your website from the old hosting account to the new one. Nonetheless, you can upgrade or downgrade resources like RAM and CPU cores.

Yes. Through your WordPress admin dashboard, you can install thousands of free themes and plugins from the WordPress repository.

No problem! If you have a premium theme or plugin you have purchased, you can always upload and install it through your WordPress admin interface.
